2026.4.7 — April 2026

ai-reports message-analysis multi-org call-recording saved-filters security

The biggest April release yet brings intelligence that works while you sleep. AI Daily Reports deliver customizable email summaries on your schedule, automated message analysis continuously learns from your conversations to update contact memory and surface follow-ups, and multi-organization support lets teams manage multiple businesses from a single login. 36 PRs merged.

AI Daily Reports

Configure intelligent daily reports that summarize calls, messages, tasks, and contacts — delivered by email on your schedule.

  • Multi-entity data sources — choose which data feeds into the report: calls, messages, tasks, contacts
  • Custom AI prompt — tailor the report’s tone and focus to match how your team operates
  • Real-time testing — test your prompt against yesterday’s data before enabling the report
  • Persisted report history — all generated reports are viewable in a new Reports section in the sidebar

Automated Message Analysis

Loquent now continuously learns from your conversations, updating contact memory and surfacing follow-up tasks automatically.

  • Hourly batch processing — contact memory is updated with structured sections: relationship, communication style, preferences, situation, and pain points
  • Auto-generated follow-ups — tasks are extracted from conversations and assigned to contact owners
  • Scoped AI Rules — 5 configurable areas: Assistant, Voice Agents, Text Reply Suggestions, Memory Update, and Task Creator
  • On-demand analysis — trigger analysis manually from the contact list Manage dropdown

Multi-Organization Support

Users can now belong to multiple organizations and switch between them seamlessly from the sidebar.

  • Org switcher — one-click switching from the sidebar user menu
  • Instant onboarding — existing users invited to a new org verify their password and join without re-registration
  • Smart login routing — multi-org users automatically land on their most recently active organization

Call Handling Improvements

Per-organization call recording controls, SIP trunk support, and smarter voice agents.

  • Configurable recording — per-org toggle to enable or disable call recording
  • SIP trunk tracking — calls routed through SIP trunks are now tracked and recorded via Voice Insights events
  • Independent event streams — SMS and call event subscriptions can be enabled or disabled separately
  • Auto-cleanup — recordings are automatically deleted from Twilio after successful upload and transcription
  • Richer voice context — voice agents now receive caller phone number, current local time, business description, services, and operating hours
  • Improved calls list — friendly relative dates with full datetime on hover and clickable contact name links

Saved Filter Presets

Save, pin, and apply filter presets across Contact, Plan, and Messaging views.

  • Named presets — save current filters as named presets and apply with one click
  • Unified filter panel — combines saved presets and filter controls with auto-apply
  • Collapsible sections — filter sections show active counts and support per-section reset
  • Dual-calendar date picker — new date range picker with range highlighting and responsive mobile layout
  • Filter-preserving links — Assistant contact links now preserve active messaging filters

Messaging Enhancements

  • AI sparkle indicator — AI-composed messages display a sparkle icon identifying which feature composed them
  • AI-Composed Messages dashboard card — total count, AI share percentage, and breakdown by feature
  • Sender attribution — every outbound message records which team member triggered it for audit trails

Contact Management

  • Drag-and-drop field reordering — reorder custom contact field definitions with drag-and-drop
  • E.164 normalization — all phone numbers normalized to E.164 format, preventing duplicate contacts during Twilio sync

Settings & Permissions

  • Sticky search in role editor — sticky search bar in the role permissions editor with human-readable permission names
  • AI usage clarity — dashboard card now shows token counts instead of internal cost values

Bug Fixes

  • Plan templates use member-assigned phones instead of requiring phone management permission
  • Notifications scoped to relevant recipients instead of all organization members
  • Database connection pool timeouts configured to prevent stale connection errors

Security & Performance

  • Cross-tenant vulnerabilities patched in knowledge and phone modules
  • N+1 queries eliminated across knowledge, phone, and settings modules
  • Assistant tool declarations reduced by ~42%, improving response speed and enabling prompt caching
  • 10 modules reviewed and hardened: contact, messaging, assistant, call, notification, plan, AI, knowledge, phone, and settings
