Changelog
Loquent ships continuously and writes it down. Each entry covers one platform release: the customer-facing capability it added, the surfaces it touched, and the fixes that came with it.

Pick GPT-Live 1, its brain and voices from the card or by asking; a stage change, a closed task or a booking now wakes a pulse read; every signal gets a shelf life.
GPT-Live 1, a faster and more natural phone voice; goodbyes finish before the line drops; minutes billed from the provider; Meta’s own messages no longer pose as replies.
Code mode works again from the console: a teammate asked a question that spans many records can run its script instead of failing with an engine error.
Publish to X from the composer, let silence lower a contact’s score, hand a conversation back to your teammate in any words, and pay real prices on every plan.
Tell Meta which ad leads booked and bought, pay for AI at what it really cost, and hand new owners a live landing page on their own subdomain.
A pipeline repair that put guided onboarding, connected-domain forms and the smaller app live. No product changes of its own.
Type your website and watch your workspace build itself — logo, hours, catalog, a first teammate — then ask it a real question. Plus a faster, smaller app.
Connecting your own domain now hands you both DNS records together, warns about the Cloudflare proxy trap, and keeps an unfinished setup on screen until you finish it.
Connect a domain you own to a Loquent hosted page from a new Domains tab, prove it is yours, and watch the certificate arrive on its own.
A release with no product change. It lays the table for custom domains and cuts the time between a fix being written and the fix reaching you.
Posts published outside Loquent come in with their comments, your teammate can answer the easy ones under a dial you set, and scheduling gets its own home.
Facebook and Instagram comments now arrive in Loquent, your teammate drafts the public reply and the private message, and Insights shows what your posts earned.
A Facebook or Instagram lead form now becomes a contact your teammate welcomes in minutes, and LinkedIn joins Facebook and Instagram in the same composer and queue.
Open any hosted page, edit its HTML in a highlighted editor and save — no teammate needed. Plus the Facebook fix that unblocks the first social post.
Write a post once, see the exact Facebook card and Instagram tile, and schedule it into your weekly slots. Your teammate drafts the caption; you hold the publish button.
Tighten a playbook and put it on two teammates in one sentence. Big follow-ups reach the whole audience. Connect a WhatsApp Business app and bring your chats across.
A note your teammate wrote yesterday can be reopened today. Tagging, noting or scheduling a hundred Contacts is one action, and a follow-up reaches who was messaged.
A focused release with no product change. App builds no longer fail at random on a network fetch, so releases and previews arrive when they are meant to.
Send an intake form from the thread, watch the Contact open and answer it live, and reach every file they sent — from a phone, too. Events fold to one quiet line.
The engine behind every teammate turn, phone call and assistant reply moved up four versions with nothing changing for your Contacts. Connected tools are now bounded.
Receipts, failed-payment alerts, plan and seat changes reach Owners the way they asked. Loop in a bookkeeper with no account needed. The assistant opens fresh.
The 32-note memory cap is gone. A teammate keeps every note, brings the relevant ones into each reply, tidies up on its own, and every tidy-up is one tap to undo.
Answer a question once and your teammate keeps it. Safe lessons apply on their own, prices wait for your confirmation, and a dial decides how much applies automatically.
A thumbs-up from a contact lands on the message it belongs to, on every channel. Choose how hard each teammate thinks, read its reasoning, and approve drafts in-thread.
A quick follow-up to the private side channel: a message that begins with an Instagram handle sends normally, and production errors now raise an alert.
Type @ in any conversation to brief your AI teammate without the contact seeing it. Meta ads get credit for the leads they bring, and the app updates live everywhere.
Tell a teammate how you handle something and it writes the playbook for you. Come back to the app and every screen has already caught up on its own.
An unanswered question now ends in one polite close-out instead of endless follow-ups, bulk follow-ups go out over email, and voice quality keeps climbing.
A production-grade web chat widget, forms that collect files, a clear answer to who is handling each conversation, and a teammate who belongs to each contact.
A focused hotfix: AI teammates had slowed from roughly 15 seconds to nearly a minute per reply. The cause is fixed and replies are fast again.
Ask a teammate for a landing page and publish it yourself, see every scheduled follow-up on the contact, and send product images on any channel.
Teammates wait for a burst of messages to finish before answering, Contact Pulse becomes reachable in the conversation, and the inbox gains a channel rail.
Every contact gets a live sentiment and interest read with a "start here" shortlist, credentials are encrypted at rest, and Meta history sync gets far faster.
Connect external tool servers to your teammates, register business texting with US carriers, and bring the WhatsApp Business channel into the platform.
A contact-linked calendar with reminders, teammates that reply in Instagram DM and Messenger, and new leads welcomed the moment a connection creates them.
Teammate memory becomes organized and deduplicated, and you can now change how a teammate handles one specific contact without touching the rest.
A focused hotfix for accounts connected through Instagram Login: inbound DMs reach the right workspace and replying stops creating a phantom contact.
The largest release yet: teammates answer on every channel, Loquent becomes a full phone system, and Atriums, Files, Connections, and web capture all arrive.
Instagram messages send in the format Meta expects, and a blocked send now explains itself instead of failing quietly.
Connect Instagram with or without a Facebook Page, connect Creator accounts that used to be skipped, and get a reconnect prompt before access expires.
Every account gets a personal orchestrating agent that can create specialists, and the voice agent can brief a person before handing over a live caller.
The AI can close a follow-up when the conversation shows it is done, every task carries a full history, and plan templates can answer from your knowledge bases.
Annual plans with monthly credit refresh, discount codes, in-app seat changes, and a verified email before any account is provisioned.
Bottom tabs, real page transitions, swipe actions, and mobile sheets across the app, plus a one-click setup when a channel has no text agent yet.
Loquent ships as a real iOS and Android app with push notifications and deep links, plus in-app plan changes, credit auto-recharge, and seat enforcement.
Every organization always sits on a plan, owners can buy credit packs themselves, and the cycle usage card finally adds up correctly.
The assistant adapts its suggestions, tone, and priorities to each member’s actual role, set up either through a short interview or a settings form.
Plans, checkout, and credit metering across every billable operation, plus a Settings area reorganized into a deep-linkable, permission-aware sidebar.
Narrow the messaging inbox to a single phone line, keep assistant links in the view you are already working in, and fix call dates in the feed.
A total contact count on the messaging All tab, and custom date fields that can finally be filtered into the future for appointments and renewals.
Two social channels join the same inbox as text and email, and an embeddable AI web chat widget puts live conversation on your site with one script tag.
The dashboard opens with a written briefing and prioritized actions, teams see when an agent is working a contact, and call alerts reach the right people.
The assistant keeps durable progress notes through long bulk operations, call history syncs in the background, and prompts are restructured for cache reuse.
Advanced call history filters, analyzers that know who is calling, a denser task view with due-date filters, and connections that recover on their own.
AI-written daily reports on your schedule, conversation analysis that keeps contact memory current, multi-organization accounts, and saved filter presets.
Unread counts on every conversation, a last-contacted filter, and an assistant that reads a contact’s memory before drafting anything for them.
Two releases in two days: a mobile-first pass over every screen with infinite scroll and unified contact filters, then organization-level assistant rules.
A built-in assistant that can take any action through conversation, follow-up tasks extracted from every call, and permissions enforced across the whole product.
Place calls from the browser, send and receive email in the same timeline as text, and swap the AI model per feature area without a deploy.
Multi-step outreach runs on its own with approval control and a live campaign graph, alongside a notification hub, Google sign-in, and custom roles.
Agents draft replies to incoming messages, every endpoint is protected by attribute-based access control, and existing call and text history can be imported.
Text messages join calls in one unified feed, contacts gain memory, tags, and a CRM-style view, and agent instructions can be generated and refined by AI.
The core modules land: a contact directory that resolves callers automatically, post-call todo extraction with human review, and speaker-labeled transcripts.
The platform launches with conversational AI voice agents on any phone number, live transcription with speaker labels, and intent-based call routing.
