2026.4.9 — April 2026

call-filters call-analysis task-management plans websocket reliability

This release delivers powerful call history filtering, context-aware call analysis that sees who’s calling and why, a complete task management overhaul with table views and due-date filters, a redesigned plans table, and rock-solid WebSocket auto-reconnect so you never lose a live connection. 8 PRs merged.

Call History Filters

Find any call instantly with a new advanced filter bar on the call history page.

  • Search by number or contact — type a phone number or contact name to narrow results immediately
  • Direction & phone line filters — filter by inbound/outbound and specific phone lines
  • Time range & duration — set a date range and minimum call duration to find exactly what you need
  • Recording availability — filter to only show calls with recordings attached
  • Optimized large-volume sync — Twilio call syncs now run in the background with page-level streaming, bounded memory, and lease-based recording recovery

Smarter Call Analysis

Call analyzers now deliver richer, more relevant insights without any extra setup.

  • Context-aware insights — analyzers receive the caller’s identity, company, AI summary, and memory notes alongside the transcription for deeper, more personalized analysis

Task Management Overhaul

Tasks are now faster to scan, filter, and act on — whether from the main listing or within a contact’s profile.

  • Desktop table view — the card grid is replaced by a dense, scannable table on desktop; cards preserved on mobile
  • Inline task expansion — click any task in the contact tab to expand details and take action without leaving the page
  • Contact links — task cards and detail views link directly to the associated contact
  • Due date filter & display — time range selector with presets (Today, Last 7/30/90 Days) and friendly relative labels
  • Filter & sort controls — category filter, sort order, status and source filters with dismissible chips
  • Targeted notifications — task reminders now go only to the assigned member, not the entire organization

Plans Table Redesign

Plans move from cards to a structured, data-dense table layout.

  • Table layout — columns for Title, Status, Contacts, Actions, Autopilot, and Created — matching the calls and contacts patterns
  • Pending approval section — plans awaiting approval are grouped at the top with inline Approve and Reject buttons
  • Rich tooltips — status badges reveal scheduled and completed times on hover; overflow pills expand to show full contact and action lists

Infrastructure & Reliability

Under-the-hood improvements that keep Loquent fast and connected.

  • WebSocket auto-reconnect — both realtime and assistant connections reconnect automatically with exponential backoff after network drops or tab switches; an amber banner keeps you informed of connection status
  • Smarter tool summaries — the AI assistant retains entity IDs and relational keys across conversation turns, reducing redundant tool calls and improving response quality
