Let me check, not a guessed no
When your knowledge base has no answer, your teammate tells the contact the team will confirm and asks you, instead of guessing. Prices stay current everywhere.

Your teammates now say only what your knowledge base and your catalog support. When they don’t know, they ask you instead of guessing.
Unknown means “let me check”
- No guessed no — a question your knowledge base does not answer reaches you as one quick question, and the contact hears that the team will confirm.
- Only your list is final — a teammate turns down without checking only what you listed under We don’t offer. Anything else is looked up first.
- Off-sale stays private — discontinued and draft products are never described to a contact.
Prices that stay current
- No frozen prices — new teammates read prices from your catalog when asked, so a price change takes effect everywhere at once.
- The shown price follows the amount — editing a product’s amount updates the price contacts see, and the form warns you when the two disagree.
A cleaner knowledge base
- Readable scans — scanned PDFs keep their accented letters.
- Fewer false alarms — May contradict no longer fires on a heading or a single shared word.
- Short names checked — a We don’t offer entry made of common words is still checked against your products.
- Answered questions clear themselves — a question leaves the Unanswered panel once a later lookup answers it.
- The Playground knows your business — the teammate you meet during setup answers from the knowledge base setup just built.
Under the hood
- Credits checked first — uploads, website imports, weekly re-checks and drafted answers check your credits before calling a model.
