When you call or text a phone number operated by Loquent, LLC, including the demo line on this site, we receive your phone number, the time of the call or message, and its content. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and text messages are stored, so our AI teammate and our team can respond and continue the same conversation.

The Loquent first-party web tag records page activity, referral context, and a browser visitor identifier so a form submission or conversation can retain the context that led to it.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 measures page views, sessions, approximate location, and browser and device information. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message content, or invitation-form answers to Google Analytics.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, improve the website, keep it secure, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you text a phone number operated by Loquent, LLC, we use your mobile number to reply and to continue the conversation you started. We only text people who texted us first, and we do not send marketing text messages. Message frequency varies with the conversation, and message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with service providers that deliver calls and messages on our behalf, such as Twilio, and only to provide that service. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other category of information sharing in this policy and will not be shared with any third party.

Cookies and analytics

When Google Analytics is configured, Google Consent Mode defaults analytics storage and all advertising-related consent signals to denied. Accepting analytics enables the Google Analytics cookie used to distinguish visits and sessions; declining keeps analytics storage denied and removes Google Analytics cookies previously created by this site.

Your choice is saved in this browser. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer to grant or withdraw analytics consent at any time, and you can also clear site storage through your browser.

Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Contact-form submissions are typically retained for up to 24 months.

Third-party services

Cloudflare provides website hosting and content delivery. Google provides analytics only when it is configured and subject to the consent state described above. Twilio provides our phone numbers and delivers calls and text messages. The Loquent application provides the first-party website tag, web chat, phone and text conversations, and invitation-form infrastructure. These providers process information on our behalf for their stated service purposes.
