Upgrade prompts offer only plans you can buy online, Settings → Billing lists the plans you can act on, and the plan-switch confirmation covers the whole page.

Choosing a plan
- Upgrade prompts you can act on — a locked feature points to the cheapest plan that includes it and can be bought online, quoted per month. When only a plan we arrange with you includes it, the prompt says Talk to us instead.
- A plan list without dead ends — Settings → Billing shows your current plan, the plans you can choose online, and the plan we arrange with you. Recommended always lands on a plan you can switch to.
- What differs, side by side — plan cards list the features that differ between plans, such as knowledge bases and custom analyzers.
- A clearer confirmation — the plan-switch dialog covers the whole page at every screen size, and Escape closes it.
Under the hood
- One billing account per workspace — two billing actions started at the same moment, such as Manage billing in one tab and Switch to Pro in another, now share one billing account instead of creating two.
