Set up from your website, in minutes
Type your website and watch your workspace build itself — logo, hours, catalog, a first teammate — then ask it a real question. Plus a faster, smaller app.

The first two minutes used to be an empty workspace and a pile of settings screens. Now you say who you are once, and the workspace builds itself around you.
Guided onboarding
- One question to start — type your business website. A signup from a business email opens straight on Is this you? with your own site already found, so most owners only confirm.
- Seven research tracks, live — services and products, hours, location, a first knowledge base, voice and tone, and your brand fill in on screen as each one finishes. If one fails, it says why and the rest keep going.
- Your logo and colors, found for you — the logo, brand color, a cover photo and one hero photo per product come straight from the site you already publish. If nothing usable is found, an Add your logo card takes an upload in place.
- Meet your teammate before you commit — ask it a real customer question. It answers from the knowledge base the run just wrote, in the voice it found on your site.
- Confirm only what we cannot know — prices, legal details and hours come back as cards that read the value back before anything is written.
- Go live and hand off — one tap puts web chat on your domain, contacts that arrived before the teammate existed are handed to it, and anything unanswered lands in Needs you. Leave early any time; coming back reopens where you left off.
Your domain, all the way through
- Forms and visit tracking on a connected domain — a domain you proved under Website → Domains now authorizes forms and tracking on its own. No second allowlist to fill in, and the permission goes away the moment the domain is disconnected.
- Pages served from the edge — hosted pages are cached close to your visitors and keep serving while Loquent restarts, so a paid click during an update never lands on an error page. Publishing or editing a page refreshes it at once.
- Documented — a new help page covers connecting your domain: what you need, the two records, what each state means, and how to finish a setup you left part-way.
Faster everywhere
- The app downloads about 37% smaller — around 5.8 MB on the wire instead of 9.2 MB, so the first open and every update land sooner.
