The Start here strip on the Loquent contact list with two lanes, Waiting on you and Going quiet, each card showing the pulse score, a one-line read, how long the contact has been quiet, and Chase and Close out buttons
Real Loquent product: the two lanes on the contact list, with the quiet clock on every card.

A contact who stopped replying in June should not still sit at the top of your list in September. This release gives the pulse a clock, opens a fourth network to the composer, and makes the hand-off between you and your AI teammate a real action instead of a guessed phrase.

  • Connect an X account and publish from the composer — images, video and a threaded first comment, with a preview before anything goes out. X sits beside Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn in the same flow.
  • Connections stay alive — an hourly check renews your X connection before it can quietly expire.
  • Runs out of credit, pauses cleanly — if the shared wallet is empty, X posting pauses with a clear notice and resumes on its own once it is topped up, instead of failing silently.

A pulse with a clock

  • Silence lowers the score — a nightly pass lowers a contact’s pulse the longer they have gone quiet, so Start here stops pointing at people who stopped replying months ago.
  • Two lanes on the contact list — Waiting on you and a new Going quiet lane for contacts who were warm recently and have gone silent, each with one-tap Chase (drafts a follow-up) and Close out (marks them inactive).
  • How long it has been quiet — every score shows the days since the contact last spoke.

Handing the wheel back

  • Any words work — “take it from here”, “you handle this”, “back to you”: handing a conversation back to your teammate is a real action now, not a match against a fixed phrase list, and a teammate can never hand a conversation back to itself.
  • You see it land — Sent to [teammate] appears in the thread and the header switches from You’re replying to Teammate replying without a reload.
  • No custody it does not have — ask your teammate to “watch for replies” while you hold the conversation, and it tells you plainly that the conversation is still yours.

Questions that span many records

  • Code mode — for a question like “which open-house contacts haven’t I called in seven days?”, your teammate can write a short read-only script that walks every record in one pass instead of one lookup at a time. On our benchmark: six of six correct in 77 seconds, against four of six in over fifteen minutes. Off by default, enabled per organization from admin.

Plans

  • Real prices on the three self-serve plans — $99, $249 and $999 a month, each with its AI credit pool and included seats; annual billing saves 16%. Enterprise stays a conversation, never a checkout. See pricing.

Instagram lead forms

  • One contact, teammate awake — Meta’s own confirmation message was being read as the customer replying, which silenced the teammate; a blank card was stored instead of the form’s answers; and the lead’s first DM could create a duplicate contact. All three fixed.

Under the hood

  • Technical docs publish on every merge; the public user docs publish only after a release has actually reached production, so the guide never runs ahead of the product.
